She is very thorough and makes sure you understand what's going in with your pet. She has even came into the waiting room to check on my dog when I was picking up a script. She doesn't try to sell me on mainstream products but promotes what's best and/or best affordable options. The whole team is very nice and helpful! Love that I found the clinic!!!
